“Yes, our resort is very affordable to live. But you have to be a nudist here,” said Ponderosa Nature Resort general manager Alyson Walsh. “We’re getting a lot of people that possibly are trying to pretend to be a nudist just to get a reasonable place to live, so we’re being very careful.”

Realtor CC Alexander said her team has received 24,000 inquiries for the property since it was listed Sept. 1, with most coming from people 35 and under. While some are nudists, the vast majority are regular pants-wearing folks desperate for quasi-affordable housing.

“It’s really inc​​redible the response that we’ve had,” she said.

Walsh said prospective buyers need to be escorted by a realtor when they come to view the house, and they have to visit at least three times and use the facilities in the buff before they can be approved to buy.

Nude Florida woman accused of entering Citrus County house, battering homeowners, police upon arrest

A Florida woman was arrested Sunday after police say she walked into a Citrus County home and undressed herself before hugging and sitting on multiple people, including several who were 65 years or older.

Police say 35-year-old Heather Cruz, of Dunnellon, walked into the Citrus County home through a side door. Once inside, Cruz removed her clothing and exposed her genitalia before she grabbed and hugged the homeowner, according to police.

When Cruz was told to stop, documents say she sat on the lap of two other residents while naked, saying “you like it” to one of the victims.

A naked woman was arrested after allegedly terrorizing customers in the parking lot at the new Aldi grocery store at U.S. 301 and County Road 466 in Oxford.

The woman, later identified as 29-year-old Mandie Michelle West of Eustis, “was completely naked,” according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department.
