While I don't consider Mr. Skin to be 100% accurate, in this case he probably is. That's Terri Juston in the end photo, and I'd say she's a pretty close match for the actress in the Little Laura and Big John ENF scene.

The only other 'full nude' i have seen her do, is "Mrs Henderson Presents" movie- almost FF, as the camera pans round from the stage to audience. several topless scenes, too. some brief nudes from other cast.
