What a surprise, when we got to the Cap Yesterday they had already put the control barrier up for the season. Every year it is getting earlier and earlier. Last year if I remember correctly it went up on the 15th of March.
Still we now have our entry card for the year so no problems for us.

Sounds early, not many are going before April. But apparently they make more money each year, so eventually I suppose it will be there all year.
