My exhibitionist neighbour has had her dressing room window with covered with paper for the last 7 months as they redecorated. So I go over to watch the new girl, she's been acting curiously since my last report. The only change is she hasn't let me see her take her top off since, she closes her curtains first. But it's usually too cold/wet to be out for more than a few minutes.
