Well, what an absolute fucking shambles that was. I was one of about 50 snappers at the bottom of The Mall...while the ride was heading down Piccadilly. Absolutely no updates from the organisers on social media. Best turnout possibly ever too, which was annoying.

The start in Hyde Park was awful. The pack went off much more quickly than usual, catching out a lot of people, and without the usual police car to stop the traffic, so the group was broken into four parts. The usual road by which they emerge on to Westminster Bridge was closed because of that shower of morons shouting abuse at each other. Here we got lucky when I suggested we go to Forum Magnum Square. Packed. Could have had a field day if we'd got their earlier and left later. Got them going over Waterloo Bridge and a small handful from the bottom of Constitution Hill but it was all over by then and a large number of the snappers missed them.

Definitely giving Brighton a miss after today's debacle.

So that's where they went, yes a bit annoying I was waiting at Buck House but hopefully I got some good footage at Lincoln Inn Fields.
