Yes; what you should do (assuming you don't have, or know someone with, f/f status) is what I did: find the user ( flickr.com/photos/127557359@N06/ ), go to the user's profile, check what groups they're in, then go into one of those groups (that you're also a member of; otherwise you can only see things that aren't f/f) and search for all the photos submitted by that user...

how can I search for certain users pictures in a group?

Simple enough (remembering that you need to be a signed-in member of the group to see the ones that are otherwise f/f): to the url of the group, for the example in my post that would be flickr.com/groups/my_naughty_side , add /pool/ and the flickr user number, which again in the same example yields flickr.com/groups/my_naughty_side/pool/127557359@N06/ . If the user has posted anything, it'll show up with that...
