PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) – Portlanders can catch a "full moon" this week -- not just in the sky, but on the roads as well.

A group called Shift 2 Bikes is holding a naked bike ride on Thursday called "Naked Full Moon."

Like Portland's famous World Naked Bike Ride, which canceled its main event in 2020 and instead asked bicyclists to ride around the city naked on their own or in small groups, participants will be pedaling for a cause.

The bike ride is set for Thursday at 7 p.m. It will start at Coe Circle in Northeast Portland. One thing to note: while you can almost bear it all, masks are still required.

Pennsylvania politicians go topless to warn voters: don't mail in 'naked ballots'

Bethany Hallam thought the best way to dress up her message that votes are in danger of not being counted in the vital swing state of Pennsylvania was to strip it down to the basics, so she did – literally.

“Do you want to get naked to save democracy?” fellow Allegheny county council member Olivia Bennett said Hallam asked her a few days ago.

“I said: OK!” Bennett recalled, laughing.

The two councilwomen recruited a third “badass”, state representative-elect Emily Kinkead, and posed for the camera, shedding their clothes and then posting the results on social media with their breasts hidden behind images of the “secrecy envelope” being sent out to Pennsylvanians along with their ballots for postal voting.

They are clearly photos put there with Photoshop (or maybe Paint, LOL). Just look at the "step 3". However, they may well have worn bras. You just can't say from the pics.

Naked woman arrested at Sweetw*ter motel

An Ohio woman was arrested Sept. 27 after she allegedly ran naked through a Sweetw*ter Hotel, pulling fire alarms.

Sweetw*ter Police Officer Brandon Cansler said he went to the Oyo Motel and was told by the front desk clerk the woman was knocking on doors, asking if anybody wanted to participate in a sexual activity before running naked through the building and pulling the fire alarms. The clerk said she had been asked several times to leave the building and she wouldn’t.

She had allegedly pulled five alarms in the building.

Cansler said the fire alarms were ringing when he pulled up and he found the woman, identified as Alisha Marie Garvin, coming out of the front lobby. He did not state whether she had put her clothes back on.
