One question, if I might. Sheila has the body of an 18 year old. I don't think I saw any photos of her working out. Does she bust her ass every day to have that body or is she just some sort of genetic freak who stays youthful without paying the price that everyone else over the age of thirty has to pay?

Sheila is very health centered. Works out most everyday and has as long as I've known her. We walk. bike or go to the gym 5 or more times and week or more. No we are not nuts. Just at our ages we can use all the help we can get.

Sheila will not have any junk food in the house (I sneak some in now and then) No breads and almost no sugars of any kind. She cooks from scratch not out of a box and I want to say we do eat very well too, just good stuff.

We allow ourselves one major dinner a month were we fall off the wagon and allow ourselves the pleasures of what ever we want as far as sweets, dinners etc. Other than that NO JUNK.

Doses it work well we thank we are in good shape at 61 & 69 far better than most and or sex life is much, much better than most of other our age. We do like our wine and vodka and sex. So it must be working..... I'll let you be the judges.
