Woman arrested with her pants down in a crowded Walmart. Even if she was guilty, this is outrageous treatment. The officer wasn't even a real cop. He was an off duty university police officer, moonlighting as a Walmart LPO. The woman was charged with assaulting an officer, not the alleged theft that prompted the arrest. This kind of sh*t really needs to stop.
