Both places also have a clothed section and I wonder if the non-clothed sauna section in these places even gets visited in hot weather as I assume almost nobody would even use the saunas then?

I've been to the one near Cologne on a 35 degrees day, and it was nice. It doesn't have a massive "sunbathing" area like some of the others though.
