Thank you. Mystery solved. I feel silly as it was right there in issue of Playboy from Feb 1991. I knew I saw it years ago but could not recall.

"Lady Victoria White" is an interesting gal. Model in 1980s and married to famed producer Robert Evans (Rosemary's Baby, Godfather, Chinatown) briefly.

I remember seeing it in playboy magazine in the 90's, though the caption was 'entrance to the race at Ascot was grander than she expected'
