The pools at the Casinos are only topless, any nude pics are at private pools. As far as the pasties, sometimes the women feel more comfortable wearing them. Sometimes the pools require them if a special party is going on, as the Clark County Health Department has certain rules to keep it from becoming a strip club where alcohol is served. Here's an example, at the formerly topless Go Pool at the Flamingo, the women could sunbathe and swim topless. The Go Pool did have a daily Pole Dancing competition, that awarded prizes. To be able to dance, the women would have to put their tops back on or wear pasties. As much as they promote their "Sin City" name, Las Vegas really has a strong Mormon influence, especially in politics and banking.

VR is absolutley right. Vegas likes to suggest it's a wild city (and it can be that in places and the right times) but the object is to part tourists from their money. No one will build a billion dollar mega-hotal without expecting a return on their investment.

But, it's still a fun place.

It a Players Suite at the New York New York. I don't recognize the woman though. Hopefully she took some nude pics in the jacuzzi tub!
