I have spent the christmas holidays in northern italy in the alps and I have visited a big sauna center
I must say that I was surprised on the positive side. The city (near Bozen) was packed with tourists so the saunas were too given it was very cold.
The sauna part was fully nude but there was also a clothed pool area. People would just come over from there and undress wherever.

Gender distribution was 60-40 for males. I thought average age would be very high but I was pleasantly surprised: it was quite low, like 35, and there were few young hotties like early 20s.
This surprised me the most. If you know italians you know they are very prude. Italian nude beaches are 50+ and you will never see an italian sunbathing topless so to see so many young italians nude was quite a surprise.

'D' is very small, and they limit to around 25 people. There are 3 main saunas, infrared, and steam room. And some small indoor and outdoor relaxation areas. People will be mostly in robes unless they are in a sauna. Coed changing room.

I choose D only when I am in the city from Tuesday to Thursday and Z is swimwear only. These are the only days that D has a nice crowd. All the other days, especially weekends, Z is the best place ever.

I have been there dozens of times, most of them during summer. A lot of people sunbath naked, most of them are on the older side. The bad thing is that they lay towards the fence so it's difficult to have great views. Also, the loungers are very sparse and far away from each other, so you are always far from the "targets".

In general, during morning and afternoons you see more people covered. After 5 pm youngsters are arriving and they are not prude at all, you can see a lot of young tight bodies walking around fully naked.

Paris and Zurich have been mentioned earlier in this thread, but don't seem to have much. I wondering if there has been any change or if vacation spots such as Chamonix would have anything (esp during summer).

Which would you say is in your experience the best therme for sunbathing?

For me its V in B. The outer area is really dense and very populated. People fight for spots in the sun and lay very close to one another: if you are lucky you have dozen pussies in your face.
