Hi, we are couple from Luxemburg, we posted in the past twice.
Yesterday, Sunday the 29th of December, we visited a Spa in Trier near the border of Luxemburg. On 2 Sundays every month the whole area is naturist and fully nudity is compulsory.
There were around 50-60 couples but also single women and men and some families with their children. Most of them were Germans as is a Spa situated in Germany. The average age was around 40 but also some in their early 30ths.
Nudity was well respected, only a few wrapped a towel around the waist for walking in the corridors or lying on the lounge beds for relaxing.
Regarding the subject of pubic shaving, as everybody was nude, we could observe that only +- 5 women were not shaven. all other women were completely shaven smooth. Already at the naturist resort of Cap d'Agde in South of France, we observed that German women had no pubic hair ard seem to be comfortable with it.

As I wrote in the past, in Luxemburg or in Germany (Trier), in spas, it is very common for women to shave their pubic hair. Some women, usually the younger ones, leave some larger or smaller stripe, all the others have a full shave including the pubic mound. Over the last 3-5 years it has become more and more popular. She decided to get an appointment at a beauty salon to have at least removed a larger part of her pubic hair. She asked the esthetician to remove all her pubic hair and just leave a stripe on the pubic mound. At first her pubic hair was shorn to stubble with electric clippers and then the was was applied, during the waxing the esthetician eplained her that it will look nicer when the pubic mound is also fully smooth., she agreed with it The waxing took +- 30 min, When she looked herself in a wall mirror in the salon she didn't liked it at first, She felt more nude as everything was visible, the outer labia and even a part of the clitoral hood. The esthetician explained her that in her opinion women removing all pubic hair are more self confident to show themselves nude in the resort, women keeping pubic hair are not fully nude in her opinion. She told Joelle that she will get used to it rapidly because nobody will stare at her in Cap d'Agde and it has become the norm over the last 6-7 summers.

My local sauna is small and shabby, nothing fancy at all, but every time I go, I'm guaranteed to see a couple of absolutely spectacular women. Yesterday was no exception.

I have read elsewhere that there has recently been a real drop in the number of people walking around naked between saunas. Can someone confirm if this is true? And whether it is still the place to go to near M?

There are better places for sure.

TE is massive and on a busy day it's crowded. However the quality of the naked people is not great imo. They are mostly over 50 and not in good shape. And these are the people who are most likely to walk around naked.

By all means go to experience it because it should be seen at least once.
