Lack of toplessness on beaches

When I was in Spain last year I'd estimate that 1 in 10 sunbathed topless. I didnt look around much to make a proper scientific analysis because angry girlfriend.

Yes, I think it's a subtle set of factors in play. The same location can have a great run of spots one day, then nothing on another day. Weather is definitely a key factor: you want it sunny and still, but not so hot that people are covering up and flaking out. But there clearly are times when the right kind of people are on the beach and feel comfortable enough to push the boat out, and times when they aren't and don't.

I am right now at a beach about one hour from Barcelona. Don't know the percentage but there are a lot women topless. It's the most normal thing in the world there. Been to France before and there were much less women topless.
Advantage at cote de azur is that you get to see more fake tits, which I am absolutely into.
Yesterday at the beach.... Sitting on my towel... Looking to the right: six young women in their twenties, three of them topless.
Looking to the right, two women topless.
Lots of them go topless into the water, topless beach walk etc.
Love it.

In France , espcially at the Lavandou, there are many in July and less in August.

2) Naked wannabe Lotharios. They hit on every woman on the beach. Leave your woman for 10 minutes and they'll pounce. Worse, they don't seem to have a job or go to school so they hang around the beach every day..
