It shows, in the photos for sure that participation demographics were much shallower. Since I have been following, 2010 or so, there was a major contingent of youth, as they are most likely to buck at authority and be adventurous. But it seems very few <18-25 yr old participated. This event was supposed to be fun, get people involved, bring awareness to and advocate for green energy. Now it seems like the message is being lost. Just my 2 cents

I'm not sure what you hope to achieve by naming her (and others) with her full name. I don't think she's going to calm down by being contacted by annoyed OCC members. Hopefully admins can delete this post, or at least the names in it.

She put her name out there as official WNBR Brighton organiser in a public forum. As did Chris Hermon. Do I get a hint that now the shit has hit the fan with regard them killing the Brighton ride that people are getting a bit twitchy?

I don’t think it’s that. I think it’s just that in almost all cases this forum is about sharing and consuming content, on threads that will be around for years. One reason this forum has lasted so long, rarely even having much drama, is because we don’t really use this forum to bring grief to anyone, even if they deserve it. When I read your earlier post I thought you had totally valid complaints and I didn’t notice anything wrong with the post, but now that Laylak pointed it out, it does seem out of place to see the full names. I don’t think it’s that big a deal because I don’t think most people here are likely to harass anybody, but the names also don’t add anything for this forum’s purposes.

As always thanks for your outsized contributions. You always have among the very best quality photos we see in any given year. And I think your post was made without ill intent. I just think Laylak has a point that naming names, here, doesn’t add much and doesn’t fit in with the ways we normally use this forum.

Speaking of cockcage, I logged into Flickr after a very long hiatus and I received about 20 messages from this guy asking me to remove photos of him because people at his work and his family found out.
Flickr have hidden all my photos anyway now because it’s only open to pro accounts
