The Fremont Arts Council has not made a final decision whether to hold the parade this year or not. The decision will be made at the end of April. There is still hope.

This is going to be a good year for organizing our collections - since I doubt many - if any - of the events we enjoy will go off. I�ll especially miss WNBR, Fremont, Bay to Breakers, NYC BPD, Kapseljads, Roskilde....

Sorry to report that the Fremont Arts Council has announced that the Solstice parade will be cancelled until June 2021. Here is a selection of my favorite images from the 2019 painting party.

There was a token ride today despite the cancellation of the 2020 Fremont Solstice Parade. A small group appeared at Gasworks Park circa 1100. Some painted up and after a group photo they cycled off. Here are a few photos. Perhaps there should be a 2020 Solstice folder
