Yeah, the beach is near Wanapum Dam, on the southside of the bridge. We hunted for it one time back when we were at George for a concert; essentially, you park at a boat launch and walk a couple hundred yards upriver. The area (as you know) is pretty damn hot in the summer and it's in a very isolated part of WA, so we were all by ourselves. I would imagine pretty much any beach area, from Grand Coulee all the way down to the Hanford Reach, could be nude if you wished it to be. Based upon photos posted by Crispus many years ago, it seems that boating in that area over Labor Day Weekend would be more fun...

Outside of the two landed clubs (Kaniksu, which is closed to non-members right now and Sun Meadow, which is up for sale), there aren't too many options for communal nude sunbathing in Eastern WA anymore. Spokane's population continues to explode, which has resulted in a lot of development and refurbishment in the People's Park area (a traditional nude beach that is now dead) and the Corp of Engineers at Lower Monumental Dam have really clamped down on the crazy WSU/UofI partying that used to occur on the snake river at "The Dunes."

Luckily, I now have the time and money to get my fix in Palm Springs and Puerto Morelos
