since I don't speak dutch or whatever, i don't know what is going on here. But the woman protesting looks like maybe she is in the sex trade (perhaps a prostitute judging by the boots and pube trim) so I doubt its an anti-war or fur protest type thing.

Bloot = naked In dutch also looks to be "naakt"
Ontwapend = disarmed
