You! Lingerie, a maternity and nursing underwear line, put pregnant models front and center during its Spring/Summer 2014 show at this month's Lingerie Fashion Week. Designer Uyo Okebie-*Eichelberger put the expectant ladies in some pretty sexy underthings, complete with delicate lace detailing, thigh high stockings and stilettos.

We've seen pregnant models grace the runway before. Raffaella Fico modeled bikinis on the catwalk while six months pregnant last year, and Sophia Cahill walked the London Fashion Week runway completely naked, save for a floppy hat. But it's a huge step forward for a designer like You! Lingerie to put on a full-scale lingerie show using only expectant mothers.
