Just a note about websites that watermark their pics, then complain when they show up elsewhere. Apparently they do not realize that when dogs like us surf porn and see a watermark we usually visit that site to find more of the same.

The question is who owns the image published in a now defunct mag? does the old owners own the image or does the people who are in the image?

IMHO and not being a lawyer, would think if the mag owned the image then post away because there is now way they could come back and get you with a defunct corporation...if the people in the image own it you might have a few issues if they decided to pursue you...

I don't think you have to worry about copyright as those publications probably don't exist anymore. You could probably Google that and find out. The people in the ads already went public placing the ads. Plus it was so long ago.

Anyway, more scans would be appreciated.

I never met anyone I wrote to. That sounds really exciting. I'd love to hear more about when you and your wife watched the couple in their 50s.

Most of the magazines I have are from about 1978 to 1986, and those are the source of the photos. I tried to meet two, knowing I would be in their towns on business. The first was Jan in Florida, whose photos you have seen, who wrote great, inviting letters. I sent her half of her modeling fee before I went on the trip and, surprise, surprise, she never showed up. She wrote later it was car trouble. Sure.

The second was a couple that advertised that they like to perform for other couples or groups--but would not exchange partners. I had been trying to talk my wife into going to a swingers' club and I thought this might break the ice.

The other couple showed up and were well dressed but in their late 50's or older. The photos in their ads were them, but younger. They undressed and performed with lots of oral and even anal, and showing probably 10 different positions of screwing. Finally, he came all over her face. My wife agreed that we could undress and watch them, and afterwards, they watched us 69 and then screw, but we never traded, and I was just fine with that.

We went to a club in Georgetown that I may write about later that was great, and I went to Plato's Retreat in New York City with the wife of a client but its a long story. The only other club I went to was The Zoo, also in NYC, but it was disappointing.

Here is a lady looking for a new swinger' mag back in the1980's. On the shelf you can see Select (no hardcore photos allowed), Cocoa & Creme(interracial), Looking Glass (all color pictures), EXchange (with direct connection information--you did not need to send "codes"), and the hard core black & white swinger's mags: ConneXion, SeleXion, Odyssey and others.
