I know both of these riders. The first woman I was madly in love with in my late 20s. There was mutual attraction, but we never hooked up. I was thrilled, but not surprised to see she had done Fremont in her 50s. She loved cycling and was a beautiful, free spirit. The old faded photo (pic number five) was her back in the day. The second woman I met during my travels and don't know quite so well...but I recognized her in a Fremont thread here and was very happy to see more of her. Thanks to the OPs of these pics. You're right...if I ask for pictures I should make it easier by giving the year. The yellow rider was 2016 and the pink rider was 2017.

I am a particular fan of the arms-up-being-painted pose - not sure why. I found these on here a while back but I've lost track of the year (old I think). Would love to find more.

Fremont has a lot of gems, I'm surprised that WNBRs get so much more attention. I also find the claimed years (and whether they're actually Fremont) quite unreliable too.
