I can't remember how many times I have been in Z, they are really countless the last three years. Be careful, avoid Tue-Wed-Thu that are textile mandatory days.

Mornings and evenings are normally very busy, if you go there on a full day expect to see the place a bit empty around afternoon but not get disappointed, a new batch of fresh girls is about to enter soon.

One of the things that amazes me in this place (and also other spas in NL), is the very good gender balance. Sometimes, it can be 70% women vs 30% men. On a "bad day" it is not less than 50-50. Average age around 30-35. There were some days during summer that you could find more than 30 TOP class girls (some of them could be Victoria's Secret models and many of them not Dutch).
Around 40% are in groups (normally two to three). 30% with their boyfriends and 30% solo.
Most of the top class girls I mentioned before are there with their boyfriends.

When they are in groups, you can get really nice views: they come in the sauna altogether and in order to fit next to each other even if you block the bench, they lay on their back in really small places next to you. They act more freely, they dont care if they bent their knees or legs open towards you, I dont know why but it is something I observed throughout my visits.

Solo girls normally are a bit more shy. They enter a sauna or a jacuzzi and they stay there for ages. They are really there for relaxation and unwind and not to have fun. They don't participate in aufguss, you can find them sometimes alone in an empty sauna even when the sauna next door is fully packed.

Do not hesitate and visit asap this place, it is heaven.

And now a small story:

I was twice very lucky with solo girls, once in Z and two years ago in Sauna De** also in Ams. You can really feel it if someone wants to socialise or communicate from the way they look at you.
When in Z on a Friday afternoon, she entered the Japanese sauna at the outside area, I was there alone. She was a bit taller than me, around 1.90m, 28 year old, volleyball player and working in a financial company in the city. Very thin athletic body, flat chest and tummy, no boobs at all, but a perfect model's ass. She had a big bush (not my cup of tea to be honest), but the lips where perfectly shaved. She climbed on the upper bench where I was and laid with her legs towards me, I was laying facing her. After a few seconds, she stood up and asked me to set the hourglass for her.
When 15 mins passed, I moved to the exit and I informed her about the elapsed time. She followed me outside and we had a shower next to each other. It was so nice, that the shower lasted longer than usual. I started a little chat with her and we continued to the inside area, we entered one of the two round jacuzzis where a couple and a solo man were already there and we sat next to each other. We visited some more saunas and steam baths and also the outside jacuzzi where we stayed for long because it was easier to talk, the time passed by very quick and they called us to leave. We went upstairs, I changed and went to her changing room to wait for her, she offered me a lift to my hotel, where actually she stayed for the night.

I am curious what the latest recommendations are for places where it is clothing required (or optional) most of the time but then at a certain time or event, it changes to no clothing allowed. I enjoy seeing people take their clothes off for this.

Two places I have been to have ceased having these nights which is a shame.

I’m scheduling a flight layover on my next trip. I can either have the layover in Berlin to visit V or in Amsterdam to visit Z. It’s going to be on a Sunday in the winter, and in both cases I’d have a couple hours to spend at the spa as long as I take a taxi/rideshare from & to the airport, price is about the same. Not sure which to chose because both seem great, any recommendations?

Planning to go to a Belgian spa this winter but not sure which is the best.

Options are:
- WW: they have a clothed and nude section, how is the distribution between these? Do the younger, hotter visitors tend to stey in the clothed section?
- Castle sauna: same as WW
- Elaisa: quite expensive, so I feel they attract a more mature audience?
- Katara: not close a large city, so again less younger visitors?

Anybody been to some of those that can give some feedback. Already saw some feedback of WW and Castle but not how they compare to the others in Belgium.

If you are going directly from the airport to Vabali, take a train to Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Its just as fast as a cab, but the cab can get stuck in the city traffic. Then continue by cab or by foot (10min). Trains are clean and cheap. Check for details at vbb.de. Stations are BER and HBF.
If you also consider the Kristall that is the same distance from the airport as the Vabali, 30 min. by cab. No city traffic, so cab won't get stuck. Kristall is clothing optional sunday till 17:30, nude only afterwards. Some people like that.

A long time ago, when I had just dropped out of college - I had booked a trip to europe for 6 weeks, and while I was there, I had my first european sauna experiences… One morning, whilst in a country not known for coed saunas, I happened across one on the ocean near a nude beach (I often enjoyed those at home), but it wasn’t beach weather so I opted for the sauna instead - as with most european saunas, it was nude only, and had two - one women only, one coed. Upon entering, there were a few men, and a few older (50-60s) women. Most were wrapped in towels, but I opted for the full experience. No more than 2 minutes later walks in two girls close to my age wrapped in towels - one was rather large, Canadian, and was doing most of the talking (they were international college students). The other, however, was a tall, slender, Italian girl with a beautiful tan complexion. I spent the whole time wishing she would indulge in taking off her towel, but each time they needed a break, they’d go back to the women's only area. Before I left, I figured, why not take a quick dip in the ocean off the dock attached to the sauna. I jumped in the ocean, and lo and behold - the Italian girl was taking her towel off to do the same on the women’s side about 75 feet away! She looked every bit like I expected - like a supermodel with firm C cup boobs, dark nipples, and a big, but nicely trimmed bush! I wonder if she had been coming out to the water every time…

Later on in the trip in another city, I found myself sitting on a dock in the rain, trying to figure out my next stop in the current city. Along came two women in their late 20s/early 30s (girl next door types) wearing long raincoats. About 10 feet away from me, they completely disrobed and jumped into the ocean! All had similar larger (not fat) body types, two with D/DD breasts, one with more pendulous C cups - all were sporting a very natural, not trimmed in a while bush. When they climbed out of the water, I asked how cold it was. When they heard my accent, they made small talk for a few minutes, and one offered me their towel to dry off if I wanted to give it a try, how could I not! So I stripped down nude, and with two of the three, jumped into the water. Drying off afterwards while standing naked on the dock with 3 cute, nude, natural women is a memory I’ve often thought fondly of.
