Right you are, and I think this is why: compare 43071 below, costinesti below, and rascaldog_fan's attachment; the one in his post was reversed! google.com/maps/@43.9465225,28.6361715,17z shows about where in Costinesti it was (note the jetties), and the bad news may be inferred by these others from the set - even in the shower, neither woman gets naked...

A girl is out with her friends during a night of partying and walks naked down a crowded street. This is a perfect of example of why the 'only one naked' dynamic is so great. It doesn't look like an established public nudity event, but I could be wrong.

I wonder if anyone can identify this location?

Well you understand it's a bit hard to to find a location when you see only two naked girls, a beach and the sea without any particular detail that could eventually help to identify the place...
It could be everywhere in Europe, Spain, Greece, Croatia and elsewhere.
These pics are coming from a famous (now deceased) website and as far as I know they were taken in the Balearic Islands, most likely Formentera

The girl's hair is strange! Is this cause of genetical problems? I seen similar kind of hair in Northern India a holy place called 'Kasi' they are called as Sanyasi/Hermit. Thousands of people with similar hair style.

I've seen a few white european women (and long-haired men) with dreadlocks who did not have any obvious African heritage (beyond that of all humans). I think it's easier with the curly texture of afro hair, but can also be done with straighter hair, according to these instructions wikihow.com/Give-Yourself-Dreadlocks. I've been told that if straightish hair is allowed to grow long, without regular combing or washing, then it will become like dreadlocks - maybe that is what you saw among these hermits.

There seems to be a flag (which I can't identify) on a boat in one of the pictures - maybe that is a location clue.
