Well you understand it's a bit hard to to find a location when you see only two naked girls, a beach and the sea without any particular detail that could eventually help to identify the place...
It could be everywhere in Europe, Spain, Greece, Croatia and elsewhere.
These pics are coming from a famous (now deceased) website and as far as I know they were taken in the Balearic Islands, most likely Formentera

The girl's hair is strange! Is this cause of genetical problems? I seen similar kind of hair in Northern India a holy place called 'Kasi' they are called as Sanyasi/Hermit. Thousands of people with similar hair style.

I've seen a few white european women (and long-haired men) with dreadlocks who did not have any obvious African heritage (beyond that of all humans). I think it's easier with the curly texture of afro hair, but can also be done with straighter hair, according to these instructions wikihow.com/Give-Yourself-Dreadlocks. I've been told that if straightish hair is allowed to grow long, without regular combing or washing, then it will become like dreadlocks - maybe that is what you saw among these hermits.

There seems to be a flag (which I can't identify) on a boat in one of the pictures - maybe that is a location clue.

This already have been answered earlier.
Istria is not a country but a part of Croatia and the picture was taken somewhere there in Istria where all the major naturist resorts are (Koversada, Valalta, Solaris...) It's not Cap d'Agde in any case.

Yes.. Ulika, Istria it was answered but that picture was cropped..
