There is actually another, more common Russian term (натуризма) which i have always took to mean "Naturism". "nudism" or "naturism" -maybe just like us, they have two closely related terms..

I just set up Cyrillic characters on my keyboard and started searching, so forgive me if my utter ignorance is too much on display: натуризма does get lots of results (3250 in Google Images), but натуризм (no final а) gets more (8830). Also, I'm using a phonetic transliterator, rather than the true Russian keyboard: might that explain my inability to get the character that looks like capital I and O joined, as it were, at the hip? I think that's the one for the "U" sound pronounced "yew" as opposed to "oo" e.g. how some say Tyewsday rather than Toosday, and since it seems a crucial letter in the Russian for "nude," not having it has slowed me down big time. Anyway, these are from searching on иван купала (Ivan Kupala); the latter are from a Russian women's cycling club where at least one rode naked in Ekaterinburg, I think for the solstice...

I don't know, Crispus, so you can't copy and paste existing Russian words already in webpages? What happens when you copy and paste this: ню ?

That other word having two endings probably is giving you "naturist" and "Naturism".

I think the fin on the far right dates this one about 1960.....

EDIT: found this using the Russian word "нудизъм" which I don't actually know what it means, but it brings up a lot of naked pics. I may post more words here soon, so stay tuned....

In the past i used to give talks on Diane Arbus and I think this image was just called 'The Nudists'. She spent some time living with nudists to experience the environment.
Some of you may remember Nicole Kidman playing the part of Arbus in the film 'Fur'.
Her suicide was indeed a loss to the world of photography.

I was rummaging thru some old files and came across these pics which ought to appeal to any Bare to Breakers fans.
Its a old NIP thing, but I don't know where - possibly netherlands.

This is referred to as "streaking the streak" !! and when they are cheering the runners on and giving them high fives - that reminds me of my BtoB pics from 2009 when I had two babes doing the same thing..

Slickone got me into this Flickr utility thing yesterday, and through that I found a Mac app for downloading all your Flickr pics. So I downloaded all mine and now have them very handy for posting. These BtoB pics that I took are mostly new to OCC, and relate to the theme above.
