Yes, that is what it is. The beach is maintained by a private group and nudity is required. There were condos built on the cliffs overlooking that Beach. The residents wanted the beach to close, but a solution proposed was to put up a curtain to block the view of the beach.

Anyone have an idea where this delightful lady is?
The sign forbidding various things seems to be in Spainish or perhaps Portuguese.
My reverse image search did not identify the location.

Sign is for sure in Portuguese.
I'll rather say Brazil than Portugal for the location.
Now the exact place remains a mistery but for sure we must have some location specialists around who will find it in a snap ☺️

Wouldn't say it was quite a snap, but rather an enjoyable slog...first, reverse-image gave 2 galleries: pt.xhamster.com/photos/gallery/mom-with-big-boobs-and-great-ass-14051116 and pt.xhamster.com/photos/gallery/mom-with-big-boobs-and-great-ass-2-14065143 , which, among other things, added force to the Brazil (one of the pictures has her wrapped in a Brazilian flag) theory. Looking through Brazilian nude beaches eventually got me to Praia do Pinho, which has the same silhouettes and rock features at either end of the beach; see youtube.com/watch?v=6o_RoCHdC5c for confirmation (not to mention that there are occasional glimpses, some of which need to be watched at .25 speed, of the woman with the videographer!)
