Commonplace for sports, such as tennis or cheerleaders to wear panties, and their bloomers or spankies. Women wearing panties under their swimsuits I find very interesting. The multiple layers of panties, as suggested for protection form a spanking, is one theory. What I'd love to see is the women wearing double, or multiple panties and wetting them. That, for me, would be the Holy Grail!

I once had a girlfriend several years my senior, who virtually always wore two apirs of knickers (panties). Her common combination was a thong with a lacy pair of cami-knicks over it or sometimes a pair of white cottons with a pair of tummy-huggers over them. During her period, she would wear a looped towel with two pairs of white cottons!
