I base it on the number of (what I consider to be) worthwhile shots I get. The number was pretty high the past two years, but much less so this time round. The past few years has seen a distinct trend of people who take part in the event primarily to promote themselves and/or products/companies/services. This has always been the case in the Brighton ride, which makes hypocrisy of the organisers all the more annoying.

Here is my 6th set from this years ride, I am sorry to say that my number of shots are way down on previous years.
This was due to the Pro Palestinian demo being in London, resulting in the ride taking a new route leaving us photographers lost to the location of the riders.

I rode in Manchester, London, and Brighton this weekend. Here are my thoughts:

Manchester - new starting location, friendly ride, small attendance - the weather was cool - about 10 naked girls including several repeat riders - rating 5/10 overall, but 6/10 given that it's a small ride

London - great weather, tons of attractive naked girls, many new riders, no one seemed bothered by photographers, rating 9/10

Brighton - terrible, worse than last year, hundreds of naked guys, but at most a dozen naked girls in total - horrible marshals, even the police were telling them that they were going too far with the photographers - London gets tons of photographers, so that's not why so few girls participate in Brighton - it's really the culture of the ride that scares them off. I will note the short greenish haired girl was very attractive - fantastic bush, rating 2/10 (only because of that girl, would have been 1/10 without her)

The Indian girl from London was definitely the star of the weekend - she got naked first and stayed naked later than any other girl - and she's really cute!

Really saddened by the demise of the Brighton ride as this was such a fantastic ride just a few short years ago. I tried to warn them somewhere around 2017 that their relentless attack on the very people who promoted and popularized this event would bring about their downfall
