My wife periodically does mammograms. It is difficult to explain, all the visit including (not necessary?) nudity and palpations may be acceptable. In my opinion the doctor was a 'bad' person, therefore I cannot exclude that he took the opportunity to enjoy the visit as much as possible, including a spank after we left.
