here's what I've found out
Her name is Rita Calderoni
Rita plays Susan, an accident victim and her lusty "alternate reality" double in this Italian film from the seventies. Rita is lovely, showing full frontal, with a voluptuous body, great breasts, and a thick, black bush, and in this film, you get to see every part of her in several scenes including a lesbian scene, being felt up by Satan as a bunch of people dance naked stupidly, and gratuitous bathing scenes!, a bit where Satan causes her clothes to dissappear in an instant, and an entire sequence where she runs around with a ripped open dress! Bad, bad movie, excellent scenes. Hope that helps and I hope someone can find this clip.
