[Request] ENF from 80's movie

I'm blanking on the name of the movie itself, but I vividly remember an enf scene that I saw here recently. The movie seemed like it was from the 80's and in English. A girl was with a bunch of nerdy guys in their dorm room. She has her gown ripped off, exposing her in a high-cut pair of panties and top less. She was white,
had dirty blonde hair I think, and tall. She acted somewhat embarrassed, and went across the room to hit one of the guys.

A lot of things happened, she eventually walks to the door to leave, and another group of guys are there immediately to take a picture of her. She frustratingly shuts the door, and eventually goes towards the window.

Sorry if this is vague. I thought I definitely downloaded the video, but I can't find it. Any help would be appreciated.
