Just a tip in case it happens to you

I thought OCC was down today because the site would not load, not even like when there was a problem back in the spring.

I checked the browser, cleared history etc but then remembered I had unplugged eveyting overnight due to thundery weather.
I reset the router and it did the trick. Something to do with DNS cache??, don't know, don't care but it worked.
Just thought I'd share.
