Camera = see through dress

I found this picture on Facebook of a girl I work with and looks to me like her skirt has gone see-through in this picture. What do you all think, see though yes? Black panties? Anyone able to edit brightness or contrast to make it clearer?

So far as I can tell, the photo is not shopped. I posted the rule to note that members are not allowed to enhance / x-ray photos. Regular see - through photos (like the ones in the linked thread) are more than welcome here!
