I don't think women wear those sarongs much anymore, but when I worked downtown and the wind would whip through the buildings, those were always great for unexpected views. At least twice I saw sarongs literally open in the front all the way to the navel. Once with pantyhose underneath and once with white thigh highs. The one with the white thigh highs happened 5 feet in front of me and as she walked past I heard her tell her friend "A man must have invented these things"
Since then I've noticed most women clip them or hold the edge as they walk, so obviously word got out about their reliability haha.

These have been collected since the mid 90s. Many of them found/scanned by others. My first internet fetish. ANyone visit the Delphi windy Skirt forum? Is it still around? These are from a Japanese gameshow. Nanpa can find you the video if you are interested.
