Tool for Recovered MP4 Files

Hi all...

I just recovered some deleted files from SANYO camcoder by using a file recovery tool (PC Inspector File Recovery to be more specific) Looks like I did successfully recovered some files varying from 35 mb to 300 mb but non of the players (windows media player, VLC player, WMP Classic) able to play them. I guess I may need to repair them cause as far as I read from web mp4 files are easy to be corrupted or whatever.

Please can anyone suggest me a good and free recovery/repair program for mp4 files
