Problem uploading files to OCC

Has something changed with the upload manager? I was never able to use the new version, but the old version worked fine for me until about a week ago. Now, it takes forever for me to upload photos (hours..if they upload at all), and video clips are impossible. I have no trouble downloading..so far, but I'm worried that that will go next. Any idea what the problem could be?

I'm once again able to upload videos to OCC. The problem seems to have been a conflict between the upload manager and Internet Explorer. I had to go back to an older version of IE. Not a very good solution, but it's the only one that worked. I'm a bit surprised that no administrator saw fit to address my problem. I posted this question two weeks ago, and you guys are usually on top of this sort of thing.
