Probably best just to post it the format and then people can download. Sure someone will be nice enough to convert if needs be. Most people have QuickTime and that plays mobile phone formats.
Cant imagine the clip is too long if it was taken on a mobile? Looking forward to seeing it. |

With all the careful planning and talk about creating the perfect scenario, why not test the equipment ahead of time and make sure you know how to download your results? This seems like a very important aspect of your mission. I would have recommended you test out your equipment ahead of time, made sure you could obtain the data, and test your results so that you could update your settings for optimum quality when the time came to do it for real. In fact, I think this would have been more important than soliciting ideas for your scenario. All the time spent here asking people how to modify clothing and how to create an elaborate setting would have been much better served in knowing how to apply your equipment to the process and being sure you could retrieve the results with a respectable quality. So, my recommendation if you ever decide to try this again, is to prioritize: 1. Understand your equipment and make sure ahead of time what settings it will use, and know how to retrieve the images you capture. 2. Be confident in priority #1. 3. Establish a plan / scenario where you can apply your knowledge of your equipment in order to capture the images you seek. 4. Rehearse your plan / scenario to make sure you reveal any problems you might not have thought about, and address them. 5. Be confident in priorities #3 and #4. 6. Execute your plan knowing that your have confidence if you equipment, knowledge of how to use it, and fully understand your plan and can antipicate things that may be out of your control. 7. Come back here and share the wonderful news that your preparations were not hindered by lack of knowledge of your equipment/software/hardware/plan/scenario/setting. 8. Share your images and receive acclaim. Good luck. |

I'm familiar with your phone. It actually provides you with a couple of different options for what kind of video file you want to make (mpeg4, aac, and h263 i believe). Either way, sending the video to an email address is simple to do and is something that people typically know how to do if they're using their camera in the first place, either for videos or pictures. Your phone isn't old, so it wwill have the option to send it to an email addresses. You could simply send it to your own email address, save the file and then post it here.... as you did with those other pictures you posted earlier in this thread.

I'm sure there's plenty. There's a search option and hundreds of pages of videos that have been posted over the years. I'd say the majority of amateur videos that show up on the internet wind up here on OCC at some point. There's also a ton of videos on the paysites associated with OCC that might fall under a similar category.
Anyways, although it's taking you a while and you no longer seem all that eager to post the video (maybe I'm wrong), best of luck to you with "sorting it out". Bless. |
