Since I also want to find the source and the rest of that particular pic, i'll put out what I know to help anyone else willing to search:

The pic with the two girls on the bike in the pic is most likely to be by the author and artist; SANBE Kei aka KAWARA Keisuke
The two girls are from his two stories: Nanako-ish Days and Hitomi's Great Adventure.
(which have posted here before and i'll repost some reminders)
The pic is probably from the new or the most recent chapter, since i never saw it before here or anywhere else. Plus the fact that its colored could either mean it is newly published or its digitally colored by a fan
