......or simply change to the picasaweb rss-feed.......then you can save every single pic with right-click-save as on the link below the picture....
unfortunately this doesn't work with movies......

Combine that with the Firefox addon DownThemAll to save them all in one hit. Also, you can save the movies this way (or at least some of them). Just save/rename them as .flv and they should work.
