Thanks! It is very hard to capture that exact moment. I have tried holding the camera and using the camera on a tripod. Either way it takes a very steady hand (hard to do at explosion time!), or remembering to push the remote button when using a tripod. I actually caught a streamer "in the air" using the tripod....and getting very lucky!!

With D70 (if that's camera you're using), you can do 3 FPS in continuous 'burst mode', have you tried that? (can't use built-in flash)
