The calendar in question I pointed it out there were more or less the same back ( butt ) poses for men and
women...the men are shot with naked butts...the women have covered butts...totally rediculous how blatant it is.
Do they actually know how silly this looks for potential customers ??

That is the reason I was given by the girl I interviewed from Sweden about Balloongdansen. But in Balloongdansen, the guys actually end up showing their penis. In my opinion, two boobs are not equal to one penis. However, I understand how the dance with balloons would be difficult if the girls were totally naked. I think we're all aware that there is some double standard in some of these calendars. Going over it without adding something to the commentary isn't overly helpful at this point. What does interest me is when you have girls in the same picture with different layers of clothing. For instance, in an RGU photo, you can see girls in panties, and girls without, in the same photo. On the cover of the 2011 Portsmouth calendar there is only one girl in a large group ho is fully naked. How did this happen? I wish we could have more backstory when there are shots where one or two girls have to show their butts; how it was determined who would show themselves. I imagine there are times when some girls are unexpectedly thrown into the limelight that way. Maybe I need to get a documentary crew and contact all the unis and make the "Behind The Scenes: Naked Calendars 2012" film?

I'm posting the one other really good pic from the Limerick calendar here. The rest aren't that exciting and very difficult to photograph so I'll probably not bother for now.

This is the Nottingham Polo Club 2011 calendar. Dalquaz (and others) have posted photos from it before but I think this is the first complete scan of the calendar. I have had the calendar ages but decided to post it now following the request by Dalquaz for more information about who decides who is going to bare all while some girls remain clothed.
There was much publicity for this calendar -you tube video, facebook, twitter and website - and, as a result, I was able to become 'friends' online with one of the girls in the calendar. She was one of the girls who bared all in one of the pictures but had knickers on in another. Eventually I got round to asking why nude in one shot but not another and who decided?
She told me that before the shoot they had decided there would be some full nudity as it was to be a naked calendar and quite a few of the girls, including herself, indicated they would be happy to strip. On the day of the shoot however many of the girls got cold feet and decided they wanted to keep their knickers firmly on!
This didn't cause any problems and the girls who were happy to get naked (including my 'friend') did their shots quite happily.
It had been decided that for the cover photo two girls would be naked-one at each end of 2011-and that the two girls to strip would be chosen at random in time honoured Polo Club tradition on the day by putting their names in a polo helmet and each girl picking out a name until only two were left. These two 'lucky' girls were the ones who got to appear naked on the front of the calendar. All the girls were happy with this and there was plenty of teasing, especially as fewer and fewer names remained in the helmet.
She said when they got down to the final three one of the girls was looking very worried and when the last name came out and it wasn't hers she looked like she was going to cry! She is quite a shy girl and a few of the other girls offered to strip instead of her but she said she had been fairly chosen and it would do her good to be less inhibited! She stripped along with the other chosen girl in the middle of the field for the photo and afterwards was so relaxed about it she even had the photographer take her picture washing the muddy Land Rover in a pose far to rude to use in any mainstream calendar!

Finally had the chance to collect a copy of the Luctonians calendar on Saturday while on my way back from North Wales by way of a slight detour near Leominster. Was it worth it? - well, loads of naked flesh, but most of it belonging to men, including some very old men! Only four photos of ladies and far less flesh displayed by the ladies than the men.
Am I glad I bought it? - Oh yes - because of the great people I met and ended up spending an enjoyable hour or so with in the club bar. They were delighted to sell me the calendar and more than happy to talk about making it. Because of that I can explain why there are more male photos and more male flesh in the calendar.
When the lady who organises fund raising proposed a nude calendar it was to be all male, but along the way other suggested some of the ladies should strip off to broaden the appeal of the calendar. One problem with this was there are far less women than men involved with the club, despite there being various other sections as well as rugby.
The ladies did their photo shoot and then the real problems started! When the proofs of the photos came back many of the men were far from happy - they were quite happy to flash the flesh but it was a different matter to see their wives/girlfriends doing the same! The girls photos were no more racy than the mens but so unreasonable was the attitude of some of the men that a very tame picture was used for the bar girls photo (the girls chosen photo was one of them showering naked with a rugby player - rear view of course) and the rounders photos had to be redone as none of the ones already taken were deemed to be acceptable by some of the boyfriends/husbands! One of the girls, the tall dark haired girl in the centre of the rounders photo holding two numbers in an (intentionally) suggestive fashion, was so annoyed with her partners attitude that during his next rugby match she stripped naked on the touchline before streaking across the pitch to cheers from everyone except her partner!
The upshot of all this was that the rounders photo is a very sedate indoor shot instead of an outdoor one with various pieces of equipment preserving their modesty, and the girl who streaked takes great pleasure in embarrassing her partner with her lack of clothing as often as possible!

And yeah, the Dumplings were definitely worth getting (second half even better than the first IMO). I'm still not even sure exactly who I bought them from, and I had to send US concealed currency, but hey, it all worked out.

If you found the men's attitude annoying you wouldn't believe how pissed off the bar girls still are at the treatment they received. Considering the calendar shoot must have taken place nearly six months ago they were still very angry about it when they were talking to me, though I do think some of their anger was with themselves for allowing the 'tame' photo to be used. I had the distinct impression that they felt that they should have stood up to the men more, something which was not helped by the streak by the rounders girl.
Apparently Paula (I think that's who they said she is) was the most shy of all the girls about doing nude photos and not someone that they would have expected to make a stand against the men. She was certainly the last person they would have expected to streak at a match!
She had since told them it was a spur of the moment thing - why should her partner get to decide who saw her body - and just decided to take all her clothes off then and there. She said the best bit was the change on her partners face from the delight of seeing a naked woman on the pitch to the look of shock and horror when he realised the naked woman was his girlfriend!

How freakin' weird? I'd love if my lady would volunteer to take part in this type of calendar!
