Definitely not fake: really tied, really public (Folsom Street Fair). Also, from the same venue, how do you feel about, rather than rope, chain/cuffs, or even stocks? I've found some of those, too...

My guess is that the tree is standing at the end of a forest like thingy. So when the picture was taken from behind you see the road and when it's taken from the road you see forest-like bottom.

Still would love to see more!!

More, you say? Well, as mentioned above, there are also chains, cuffs, and stocks...FSF is an annual event in San Francisco, held the last weekend in September. It's (unsurprisingly) predominantly gay, but lots of tedious picture-sifting can yield gems of public nudity and BDSM involving women. I've posted various other pictures in spanking- or NIP-themed threads: search OCC for Folsom and you'll see. These are from this year, and are most of the strictly bondage ones I saved, but there are also plenty of pony-girl or otherwise restrictive-outfit ones as in this final example...

It's the same woman on the same spot - on the second one it is dark, so she must have hung a long time!

I think the tree branches are on opposite sides in the second pic. I don't think it's the same place. But a wonderful pic
