Ummm context like age?, id say mid 40s maybe late 30s, short blonde hair. Glasses, Weight id say maybe 160-170, so that would make the panty a size 6 or 7. I think what he(or she)means by context is how you happened to sit behind her. And now that we know from what you just said, how you came to know her to the point that you're implying you've seen her more than once at this point.
