When my girlfriend (blonde) and I were about 19-20 yrs old we got into playing squash for a few weeks at a nearby sports centre and one week her friend (brunette) came along. With there being three of us and only two being able to play at a time it meant someone always had to sit upstairs in the viewing gallery behind the court to wait for the others to finish. My girlfriend and her friend both wore short white tennis skirts, my girlfriend was wearing a short but flared one with the pleats, whereas her friend had one of those more tighter Badminton type skirts that gripped the body more but revealed her VPL. Back then (early 90's) more women wore their normal knickers under their PE or tennis skirts rather than the shorts or PE type cover knickers worn over the normal knickers today. so I thought I could maybe catch some up-skirts by watching their match but there wasn't so much as a flicker as the view was way too steep!

Anyway they were both very competitive and the match went on for ages with my girlfriend finally winning after what seemed like ages so they were both really tired. I went downstairs and into the court and they had both sat down on the floor with their backs to the wall breathing heavily and talking about the match. I sat down on the floor against the wall opposite them and started chatting. Both women initially were sitting crosslegged but both with their hands firmly in their laps. However as they were both tired before long both started straightening their legs and flexing.

My girlfriend, deep in conversation with her friend sitting to her left, suddenly pulled her knees up to almost under her chin and rubbed her shins while talking and clearly visible between her feet instantly showed the bottom triangle of her white knickers with this shape ^ (always noticed how many females don't realise that an 'upside down V' can happen in that knees up position!). Then my girlfriend's friend just suddenly took her hands from off her lap and put them either side of herself and with her tighter skirt the material snapped tight and she was now totally exposing her crotch, her triangle of white knickers had small pinks dots on them (but white enough to say white knickers!) and formed this shape V.

I sat there nodding along trying to make sure I wasn't caught looking and gradually they both relaxed more and more and then eventually opened up too wide and they were both showing off the white crotches of their knickers for the whole 5mins we chatted.

When you get that sort of view you can take more detail in, like I noticed both their knicker crotches had a seam that went across them horizontally. My girlfriend's seam was more in the center, but her friend's was nearer the bottom! Every chance I got I dipped my eyes down, waiting for breaks in their eye contact like when they both laughed and messed about, then my girlfriend's friend prodded her and her legs went super wide and I could see the very edges of my girlfriend's white knickers were light blue, lit up more under the bright white lights of the squash court! My god it was incredible! when we all had to get up they both did a massive flash almost as a goodbye and I had to try and hide my erection.

Soon after I played my girlfriend (she eventually won...I was distracted...!) and she was so demure and careful while playing, holding down her skirt at all the right times, she never bent over when picking up the ball, squatting like a lady and grabbing it and inside I was laughing at the huge view she had already given me that she was unaware of and that I would be thinking about later!

This reminds me of some things that happened around the time I met my wife. I got a new job as office manager, with a team of around 14 people reporting to me. Amongst them there were a couple of very attractive young ladies, who pretty much all the other men in both my department, and the rest of the company would have loved to entertain them if you know what I mean.

The company had around 80 people working for it at the time, and there were a number of out of hours social things that were run, including swimming and squash. As it happens both of the young ladies I mentioned were keen swimmers and squash players, and those were the two things I enjoyed most as well. So I started going along to both.

They were both quite reserved with what they wore for swimming, gong for a swimsuit rather than bikini, but that didn't stop them both drawing the mens attentions, especially when their nipples got hard.......

But from my point of view, and most of the other men, the squash courts were our favourite places. Depending on how many players turned up we would either play singles or doubles. It has to be said that neither of them wore the big white shorts/knickers that you see on TV, and I soon learnt that drop shots to the front of the court would usually end up with a flash of their somewhat skimpy knickers as they raced forward and stretched to reach the ball.

Sadly this was in the days before mobile phones, so we were never able to get pictures of their displays, but they did give us lots to fantasise about while having a bear after the game.......
