I love them.
They are a secondary sexual characteristic and those things--the things that both signal the body's movement into sexual readiness (reproductive readiness) and the visual differentiation between men and women--have always excited me.

Sounds like that dude was battling his own insecurities and projecting them on her. Nothing wrong with her tits and her nipples actually enhance their visual appeal.

It's very difficult to change a woman's opinion about her looks.
