I was just writing a post on the blowjob thread, in it I mention a girl from uni.

That same girl explicitly said to me that if I ever wanted to fuck her whilst she was drunk, passed out, or asleep I should just go ahead and do so. I didn't do it very often but I did fuck her a few times when we rolled home drunk and she was half passed out, also in the morning and the middle of the night when asleep. I always told her if I had done and she was always fine about it.

Sometimes she would fuck me when I didn't want it, I would a raging hangover and just want to sleep but she just went ahead and pleased herself on my morning Wood while I tried to sleep.

I agree that filming women naked without them being aware of it, and watching said films as they are circulating the Internet, is gross and totally unacceptable, and definitely should be punished :/

However, the serious charge here is **** R-A-P-E of a sleeping person, not the recording of film. Here, I am more ambivalent.

Okay, to clarify: the police found the videos on the guys phone, when he was arrested in a different case.

This means the police are prosecuting the case without the women having pressed charges. It's the police, and public procecutor, which say this is a crime.
