This story reminded me of an episode that happened to me many years ago. I had a dentist appointment and it was scheduled in the very first time slot of the day, say 8 am. She asked him if his beer was okay and if he got what he wanted. He said he certainly had and thanked her. We talked a short while longer, as a very distracted Rick finished his beer.
