Video fixer

I have found some on a usb stick, and i also have some personal ones. Videos saved as 3gp. These are terribly blocky and need saving and restoring. As they are obviously of adult content the usual AI fixers won’t help restore them as they go against terms. Can anyone advice one what software I can use. Preferably free.
