what's v like in winter? I've heard mixed reviews. Do more people gather inside densely and there are more opportunities to see people in the indoor poor and outdoor little pools? I feel like the main pool is one of the best places to look and if it's too cold for that then it's a big loss

Had my first experience of a Polish sauna during a solo visit a few weeks ago. Whilst I am not complaining about the rare opportunity to be naked amongst other naked people, the difference to experiences in Germany and Northern Italy was significant.

Firstly the ratio of male:female was perhaps 80:20, then almost all of the women stayed wrapped in a towels, the sad result being that I saw a lot more naked men than women. Even many of the men stayed largely covered. This even included the 'wet' rooms where towels should be left outside. Some men and women also wore swimming costumes under their towels.

Unsure if I was unlucky or if Polish saunas are genuinely more reserved?

The best view I had was of a stunning 20-something who hung back before entering the showers, revealing only her amazingly pert behind.

Otherwise the only other experience I can share is that 80% of the men had totally shaved pubic hair. Although shaved myself I was surprised as previously I've observed a much lower % of fully shaved men, with more being trimmed. This could be related to Polish men or a change since my last naked experience 1.5 years ago. I only observed two full-frontal women, both mid-40s and a little less shy: one was shaved and the other hairy. They both had very nice 'normal' bodies which were a pleasure to see.

On a positive note, the sauna was attached to a swimming complex. There was more to be seen by observing the many young women in thong bikinis, some almost g-string. I even caught a caught some lip from a very revealing front cut, of which there were a few. It was only 10-20% of women in thong / revealing bikinis, but that was enough! Interesting that many of the women who may have moved on to the sauna, or been reluctant to go to the sauna, were showing much more in the pool than they would covered in a towel in a naked sauna!

Quick question from a first-timer.

I've always loved the idea of other people seeing my wife's tits. I've done it with past girlfriends on beaches, but never with the wife.

Next week, we're in Austria, and she wants to go to a spa. Neither of us had any idea when we discussed it, but I've just found out the saunas are completely nude. I think my wife will probably go for it, so this could be a great opportunity to live out a fantasy.

Read the "Hausordnung" or "Badeordnung" on the website of the spa, or call and ask about nudity. Different spas, different rules.
Common rule is you must have a towel to sit on, and she can wrap it around her. Showers will be nude, but can be gender separated. After being there around other women being nude, most women stop caring.
Just don't parade in swimwear.

Our first time, in Cologne was amazing, if you like other men seeing your wife naked they will do up close. All the Spas, both in hotels and seperate wellness centres, we have been to have been a good mix of old and young of both sexes. Even though everyone is naked an the atomosphere is non-sexual it is a great turn on for me having my wife naked with other men.

On the covering up, if Austria is like Germany no swimsuit is allowed at all so whe will have to be naked, but thereis nothing to stop using a towel to cover if she is uncomfortable.

Yes, and more. Just think about sitting in a jacuzzi with a bunch of strangers. Then your wife joins you, first hanging up her towel, revealing her ass to everyone. Depends on the venue but we've always found a way to get excitement. If it's busy with lots of hot people, there's lots to look at. If it's quiet, male heavy or with older people, know your wife will be the centre of attention.

I’ve been visiting a local sauna for the past few years and it’s interesting seeing the different types of women come in and use it. Firstly, to break down the ethnicities (for women) it must be about 95% white, 4% asian and 1% other. I’ve only seen about 6 East Asian women use the sauna, and 2 black women use it. I have seen a few more black women visit but they wore a swimsuit, and no one seems to say anything about them wearing it. There are a lot of South Asian women where I live, but I’ve never seen any of them use the sauna, despite quite a few using the indoor pool in the same complex. In comparison to men, there’s a lot more diversity. For men there are quite a few Arabic, black, South Asian, surprisingly no East Asian, and white men who are also the dominant ethnicity. The first black women I saw in the sauna seemed to be someone that was very integrated into the society here, the second actually part of a family that came during a day when it was usually a women’s day sauna however due to Christmas hours it changed to becoming a mixed day, and although she wasn’t really my type, it was quite amusing to see an older conservative first generation black European woman completely naked with very saggy tits and hairy unkempt sn*tch on display. When she saw a man enter the sauna she was visibly surprised and tried to cover herself somewhat, but it wasn’t very effective and her tits kept falling out.

As for body types, what I’ve already noticed is that the vast majority of women that visit the sauna have pretty good bodies. The women that feel more comfortable with their body seem to be more likely to join, so I would say the majority have a pretty lean kind of body, with a full pair of tits. On the tit discussion, I’ve also noticed that the vast majority that visit the sauna have a good set of tits, and I think this adds to the confidence about getting naked, even if said woman is a little chubby, the big tits are usually there. Although I rarely see a really overweight woman (they are obviously very welcome to come!) there are older women who are a bit chubby but a bit more confident to get naked. There are also those who are very lean with small tits, but they also have very nice figures so I guess that the confidence is drawing from other areas. The pubic hairstyles are interesting, most are shaved. For the ones who aren’t shaved, there will usually not be a particular style associated with the pubic hair, it will just be hairy or a lot of visible stubble. I have seen maybe 5-10 women with landing strips, which is always a highlight, but they are definitely in the minority. For the younger women they are basically all shaved with the occasional landing strip, for older women it’s a bit more varied.

As for age, if I had to break it down I would say 90% are above 30, 80% are above 40, and 60% are between 40 and 60. So the majority are a bit older and obviously more confident in their bodies. What I also find interesting is how the women conduct themselves in the sauna, around the changing rooms, and in the relaxing areas. For the men it’s quite normal to see a guy walking around naked, or dropping his towel to go for a shower and exposing himself very casually. For women it’s quite different, many will do these things incredibly discretely, and you need to keep your eyes out to make sure if you want to see the tits or sn*tch. In the changing rooms, which are mixed, there are open lockers and also some cabins where people can get changed. The men will never use the cabins, for the women it’s a 50/50. When women change they will likely cover themselves up with a towel while changing, and while some don’t mind dropping everything quickly to change, the majority don’t do that. I have rarely seen a woman walking around naked freely in the change rooms, unlike the men. It does happen though, there are a couple of older nudist women who do this regularly (they hang out with other male sauna goers like friends but I also see these men perve on them when they get the chance). Once the woman leaves the changing room, they’ll go directly to the sauna or sit down on the relaxing chairs for a while, all while wrapped in a towel of course. After entering into a sauna, that’s where things get interesting. Depending on the woman, there’s usually an awkward shuffle to find a place to sit, place the towel down on the wooden bench carefully but also quickly, sit down to close the legs, and sort of cover the tits with the arms. If there are already women in the sauna, I notice that when another woman enters she is usually a lot more relaxed. If it’s just men, she seems to be a bit more inhibited, but also there are those that kind of want to prove a point about being strong so they sit down confidently on start the sauna. Almost all women are discreet in the sauna, they don’t open their legs, they will hunch over a little bit and cover their tits with their arms. The part where you’re likely to see anything is if they get up and leave or when they come in. If they are very inhibited then they might wrap themselves completely in the towel and spend the whole sauna session like that so that you cannot see anything. This happened once with me on a women’s day sauna that became a mixed day because of Christmas schedules. The previous day I was in the line with a Ukrainian woman and her daughter, who were visiting the pool, and the next day I visited the sauna, I saw her come enter the sauna, of which at the time it was quite packed, literally buttcheek to buttcheek, (a young Scottish woman was touching mine - very hot), and there were men inside. Obviously this woman was quite inhibited but she came inside and made sure that her towel didn’t fall. I tried to get some good glimpses of her and although she lied down it was hard to get a good view of her slit, even when she turned around occasionally. Finally I left and I think I took a rest. I eventually went to the steam bath, where you are not allowed (normally anyway) to bring a towel inside, for obvious reasons. When I came inside I was instantly treated to the sight of this Ukrainian woman, completely naked, sitting down in the steam bath, probably thinking she would have a bit of privacy there (there was only one other woman around). I could make out her rosy red nipples, somewhat full tits, but not large or anything. She was chubby but not overly so, quite natural weight for a mother her age, but she probably felt inhibited about her body. Eventually she got up and left and had to walk literally in front of me, I enjoyed the view of her shaved coin slot and her chubby ass jiggling slightly in the room. The best part about that is that I occasionally see her with her daughter and husband in the pool and say hello, and she replies friendly. I don’t think she is happy that I saw her naked but kind of has to deal with it, and she seems friendly enough.

I wonder how all of this compares and contrasts with other experiences on here with saunas.
